These Terms govern your use of bellum, operated by Jeani, Inc. (“bellum,” “we,” “us”). By using bellum, you agree to these Terms.
bellum is a personal health companion that brings together data from the wearables you connect and communicates with you by text and voice to help you understand and manage your health.
bellum is for informational and wellbeing purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something bellum told you.
You must be at least 18 years old to use bellum.
You provide a phone number so bellum can reach you. By providing it, you consent to receive text messages from bellum, and to connect calls that you initiate. Message and data rates may apply. You can change your check-in preferences or stop messages at any time. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate.
You authorize bellum to access data from the sources you connect. Your use of each source is also governed by that provider’s terms. You can disconnect a source at any time.
Use bellum only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law. Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
bellum and its content are owned by Jeani, Inc. and protected by applicable laws. You retain rights to your own data.
bellum is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its guidance is complete or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jeani, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of bellum.
You may stop using bellum at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
